“Overall the hotel was pretty average. The room was small, but suited our needs well enough. The staff were very friendly and mostly helpful even though they could not give us a non-smoking room. I always use Priceline for this type of trip and almost always have a very good experience. This time was no exception and I was mostly satisfied.”

“We were shocked that the only bed size available was a double (full) for two adults.”

“ Suited our purposes. Was told I could get 2 doubles. However, upon arriving the hotel was going to charge me an additional $30/night. Said nothing was available anyway until the fourth night we were there; suggested I would like to talk to the manager. Didn't need the hassle upon arrival. Rest of the stay was fine, however. Housekeeping always did a great job and the hotel was not noisy. ”

“ Fabulous & clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Location at the edge of SOHO, Chinatown, proximity to downtown and Wall Street, adjacent to Little Italy, and steps away from the Lexington Avenue. (green) subway line, as well as other lines (the yellow, orange, etc). ”

“ The hotel is fine. I stayed one night after working late. I was annoyed that at check in they said breakfast starts at 7:00. I was charged for a breakfast that I would not have eaten had I know. Breakfast is not free for internet customers. I argued and they gave me a breakfast coupon. ”

“The hotel is located in Chinatown. So if you are looking to shop or eat it's great! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.I got sick the next morning and was able to stay longer. The room was clean and comfortable. There are Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.Valet parking is avail, but park around the corner. it's half the price.I would definitely come back again!”

“I waited in the cold for 20 minutes to get a valet. To make matters worst the fee for parking was $65.00 a night.”

“Very young inexperienced front desk staff who don't know the area. Bell captains both day and night were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful.”

“Perfect spot if you don't mind hopping on a subway to get to where you need to go. Loved that you were a half a block away from Canal Street. We did our souvenir shopping on the way back to the hotel or right before we headed out, so we didn't have to carry it around with us.”

“This hotel was perfect for us. We wanted to do some shopping on Canal Street and it was right there.
Do not take the super shuttle to Grand Central Station because the free shuttles from there do not go to this hotel. we had to take the subway from there.”
