  • The free breakfast was nice.
  • One elevator worked a little bit, the others not at all and it caused everyone to spend about 30 minutes a day either waiting or being on.

“ This hotel needs a major overall. The elevators are really old and 2 of the 3 didn't work at all. The one that did work, only held 8 people and so if you were on it, it stopped at every floor just to tell people that we were too full and they would have to wait. This was the only elevator for the staff as well, so this really added to the congestion, especially if they had carts that took the whole thing. There was also a weird smell in the room. Kind of a bad smell, but we asked to change rooms and the second room had a similar smell, but not as bad. When the elevator was going, it would act possessed with lots of jerking, going up before going down. If felt like the Tower of Terror at California Adventure. ”

  • The complimentary breakfast was so nice. Quick & easy.
  • The room felt a little musty.

“ The room was a little musty and I was not able to buy bottled water in any of the vending machines. Each room was supposed to have two bottles of water, but I did not find any. When I went to the front to ask for some they didn't have access to any either. The staff and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. It took the guess work out of where to grab a bite. ”

  • Beds were very comfortable.
  • Leaking roofs in cafe, parking exit explains musty smell in lobby areas.

“Pulling into hotel and parking areas not easily done. Off smell in the public areas. Leaks in several areas of the hotel.”

  • Free breakfast, free wireless internet and 24 hour pool/spa.
  • Noisy top floor because of air-conditioning-heater unit on the roof.
